De-alcoholization is employed to reduce the alcohol content, to restart stuck fermentations as well as to correct “out-of-balance” wines.

It is a joint-action system of diffusion and natural osmosis, which extracts the alcohol matter from a fluid by distillation. This system allows the treatment of small volumes and the sharp control over the reduction in alcohol.

Output: 1000 L/h with reduction of 1 °GL
